ESX Ventures is an early-stage PropTech focused VC firm that works closely with entrepreneurs to bring their ideas to market. Our principals are real estate, family office, private equity, and venture capital professionals with over 40 years of experience.
The team has extensive experience in the acquisition and management of multifamily, office, retail, industrial, storage, and hospitality assets, as well as conventional private equity and early-stage venture capital. Our key principals have direct operating experience in commercial real estate and at leading high-growth PropTech firms.
As owners and operators of real estate and early-stage ventures, we can provide critical insights to founders during their idea validation process and accelerate their product's go-to-market timing.

Pre-Seed Accelerator
ESX pre-seed accelerator is focused on early-stage US-based PropTech companies. Our program typically looks to fund up to eight (8) promising ventures per year on a rolling basis.
We aim to be the first check to qualifying companies - prior to friends and family investment or other seed-stage funds. Our typical investment is up to $25K.
As operators and entrepreneurs, we aim to align our capabilities and network with the founders we support. We make long term commitments to our founders and are relationship-focused.
